hello my fellow BB readers,

I am trying to get my blackberry to download msn messenger so i can keep in contact with my supervisor and co workers while i am out of the office. but it keeps telling me something about let me see............................................... .................................................. ....


HTTP Error 500: internal server erros

an unexpected condition was encountered which prevented your request from being fullfilled. this could be caused bya problem with the gateway, a prlbmem with the destination server, or a problem with the page it self.

also i get this message:

the microsoft service that you are attmpting to access is not supported by the mobile browser you are using. the minimum browser requirment for this service is full wap 2.0 support.

please someone help me find a way to get a msn messenger on my phone. please!!!

are you talking of Microsoft Office Communicator or Windows Live Messenger?

http 500 is the global error when your browser is not able to give more information. It usually means there is a problem on the web server. It may be the case here (Windows Live is Microsoft and those servers are not always reliable) but it may also be a problem on the network between you and the Microsoft server. Ask yout IT BlackBerry admins about it. They may have blocked MSN for BlackBerries.
