Question help, mac keeps losing connection to pearl during music transfer

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to transfer mp3 music files directly to my pearl 8130 via usb connection.
I managed to transfer about 30 songs, and since i have been having trouble. I get a message that I have disconnected the pearl when I have not. I have a folder of music open from desktop and the music folder on the blackberry open.
All of a sudden connection is lost, although blackberry says it is still connected, and unnamed device in device list disappears from list until i unplug then reconnect the usb cable.
anybody know a solution to this, or running into the same issue?
thx

Mac USB support for the 8130 is flakey at best. I have had minimal luck mounting my 8130 to my MacBook Pro through USB for file transfers. I finally just picked up a cheap card reader and move files to the micro SD card that way. Much more reliable.

Exclamation moving music from mac to pearl

have you tried syncing the music from your mac when it is booted up using windows, or with a virtualization program such as VM Fusion?
Any easier, or have you not tried?
I guess putting the music on with a card reader is likely the easiest way.
Thanks

You should try MarkSpace Missing Sync for Blackberry. It can sync iTunes playlists. It costs money but is well worth it.

Default Password Keeper On Desktop

is there anyway to input data into the blackberry password keeper on the desktop?
i have a pearl, and lots of passwords to transfer from my treo. i hate the thought of trying to input all those passwords manually, on the pearl. It would be much easier to be able to type them or cut and paste, on my notebook.
thanks for any help one may have.
