Despite the fact that the 7290 BB has limited memory.
I was wondering it at all someone has found a way to upload
images on a 7290 BB without having to send OTA.
I just want a way to upload one or two pictures that are
very small (240x160). Any file sharing programs or just
anything that works would obviously be fantastic.

Nope. First, the 7290 with limited memory and no camera was never designed for pictures. Ergo, the only way to get them onto a 7290 is via email.

Nobody is developing for the 7290 anymore so there are no file sharing programs available for it. Nothing available today can run on such a legacy OS.

the 7290 has an app labeled "pictures" and comes with 10 pictures already.
thats were I'm trying to get my pictures. But unfortunately i suppose via
email is the only way.

It is the only way. And those sample pictures are only a few kb in size each. If you use up internal memory with new pictures it will kill the performance of your 7290.
