Default Deleting folders from BIS 2.0

Please Login to Remove!

My 8700c BB still shows the folders I created when I was on 1.8
I know I can no longer use these folders, is there a way to delete them?

Find on your device service book that has name WebClient or WebMail. Delete it.

Let us know if it works because I deleted the Web Client Service Book and I still have the folders.

I do not have them, and I deleted this service book. What else could have done it?

I haven't tried it yet, and if it didn't work for you I may wait to see if there is another fix.

Did you upgrade from 1.8 to 2.0? I had Rogers delete my account and then created a new one.
I'm just clutching at straws here but my Web Client Service Book is deleted and I still have the Inbox, Sent and Trash Web Client folders on my 8700.

Yes, I did upgrade from 1.8 to 2.0
I have the same folders you mentioned but I also have two folders that I created when I was on 1.8 that are still there with 2.0
I'm just curious why they're still there if I can't use 'em.

Same issue here -- I have no Web Client (or web anything) in service books, but Web Client still shows up in the folder list. Any other ideas on how to kill this?
