Has anyone upgraded from BES 4.1.2 to 4.1.4 on a multi BES Server Environment? And were there any issues?

Recommended steps:
- Stop all BlackBerry services on ALL servers except one
- On that one, complete the initial upgrade, which will also complete the required database schema changes
- Reboot and start services
- Verify service and message flow is working
- Complete upgrade for the other servers

Just went from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 last Saturday on 3 main North America servers. I concur with Jibi, bring all the other servers down before upgrading the first one as the SQL schema needs to change and you don't want other servers accessing it at the same time. I didn't have any issues.

Upgrading your remote BES Manager workstations is not necessary unless you are looking to use the new features such as the policy status, which is nice.

Also don't forget to upgrade your remote attachment service server if you have one. I always forget about that little guy and sometimes there are some nice attachment improvements in the point releases.

Also make very sure that there is no on-going transactions that requires the interactions among the BES within the BB Domain. For e.g. move users. If you have moved many users from one BES to another recently, you would want this service-switching process to complete first prior to the upgrade. mahoward has more experience than I do when it comes to moving users
