if we are looking to configure an unlocked 9550 to work on ATT service or do we just install the most current 9550 os onto the PC?

Thanks

Well after the upgrade to the .428 I still have this problem...
Most of the time (if not everytime) it happens after I put the phone in my pants pocket with the screen facing my leg....
When I take it out and unlock the screen, this becomes unresponsive and kept on highlighting other icons....
To make it work I have to either take the battery out, or lock the screen and press it ramdomly and then unlock it (after a few attempts)

So is it my problem Hardware related... the capacitive screen?the piezoelectric components? or is it because of the heat of my leg mess it up? Or something else?

Well I went back to Verizon Store and they replace my phone... it really seemed bad...

Anyway the second seems to work as it should so far... but I do have a couple of questions...

Is the Speakerphone on top of the phone supposed to work? cause I only get audio out of the bottom (on both phones and also the ones for try out in the store)

And strangely the music stops whenever I receive a message or another audible sign, it seems as it the OS is not supporting both sounds at the same time... oddly enough my BB Pearl Flip continued music while receiving messages... why? OS bug? (its the same with .428...)

Does anyone know if this OS allows the phone to show the key indicatior. I am having a Storm 2 9550 shipped to my home this afternoon and I will upgrade to this OS as soon as I get it if it does in fact have this ability. Thanks in advance.

That is exactlywhat I mean. Did that function come with the OS installed on your phone or did you have to upgrade?

Never mind my previous posts. I am sending back the piece of garbage phone that Verizon sent me. I will be leaving Verizon when my contract runs out!

That is not the OS. That is only the version of the Desktop Manager software. It's not the same as the OS.

The way to get arabic on your 9550 is to install an OS that contains arabic. If this one doesn't contain arabic then I wouldn't install it.
