Need some help here. I've updated my Storm a few times before and never had trouble until the last two tries. After I download the file, run it, I go into the common files area and find no vendor file. There is the loader.exe but no vendor file. I doubleclick the loader file and it gives me a list of programs, all of which are checked and then I click OK. It then says its updated but it hasn't done anything. Any ideas? This is very frustrating.
