Why only every 3rd time?

My blackberry pearl's address book will only transfer over to my 2008 Audi A4 every 3rd time. I have upgraded the software on both the phone and the car and the issue is still there. Audi don't have any other suggestions since they have replaced the bluetooth kit to the latest model. I know other people have had issues so can anyone help?
