Is there any reason as to why seidio is not protecting the most important part of the pearl in any of these cases? yeah you sell seperately screen protectors but we all know those aren't the same.

If you're talking about the screen, we've done our best not to "bulk up" your device any more than necessary. With the crystal case in place, your screen is still recessed. We have found with other Smartphone crystal that we've released, that most people ultimately prefer the ones without a door or cover over the screen.

Does the crystal case just snap on in 2 pieces, or is there a hinge? How easy is it to get to the battery door compared to the rubberized black case.

It comes it 2 pieces. The ease of getting to the battery door is the same on both, since they are based upon the same construction concept.

laz305 and others, please vote in the poll that I have set up to help encourage some other manufacturer to develop a clear case with screen protection, it seems Seidio does not have plans and BoxWave makes some good products but they base a lot of there decisions on direct user feedback. Please vote and read the initial post at the following link to help me in my endeavor to encourage a manufacturer to develop a full coverage (less keyboard and ports) crystal clear case.

When placing an order outside of the US, there are 2 important things to be aware of to receive shipping information for your area:

1. Make sure you register as an International customer
2. Put the state/province in the city line after the city name, and leave the state/province line blank.

I just ordered mine, i got the smoke crystal case and holster combo for 44.95. Hopefully i like it... i have never really liked the "case" aspect of it but this unit scratches so easily...

This is also my first purchase from Seidoonline.com so we shall see how that goes as well.

So how do the 2 pieces attach to the Pearl if they don't attach to each other? I assume the plastic case is hard and the rubberized case is flexible.

Both of the above are made of hard materials. They come together with matching clips that snap into each other.
