OK, i'm running v5.0.0.586 and am just getting used to threaded SMS after moving up from 4.6 on my old BB9000.

Now when I get a SMS text the icon next to the message is a speech bubble.
However, when I get a SMS from someone who is also in my BBM list, the icon is a small mobile phone.

When I get a BBM message it is also a speech bubble but appears in the SMS folder.


Now maybe I'm over thinking this, but surely the icons should be mobile phones for SMS texts and speech bubbles for BBM chats?

If this is the case, is this a bug, does anyone else suffer this, or is it just me? If this is by design, then can someone please explain the significance of the different icons?

This is built in with the system. I dontthink u cah disable this

Disable what? sorry I was trying to establish if the icons were correct. And if so what is the significance of each one.
