To answer your question we need to know more about your sister's setup. However, a simple change of the password should solve the problem. Check for filters on your sister's PC.

If you change your email password, the boyfriend would need to change the password on his BIS account. Otherwise BIS will not be able to access the account to push mail to the device.

Hoever, as mentioned you will need to make sure there are no filters set on her BB or on her PC's email client that would automatically forward her email to his device. If filters are set, then I don't think just changing the password would stop the email flow.

Would help to know the email provider to offer more details. As DubDub said, it may not stop the flow with just a password change. Also if he has access to her PC he may just put it all back after a change. I wonder how she knew he was getting a copy. this opens up a lot of doors for privacy if the owner cannot detect the copy. It speaks a lot to changing passwords more often.

No no no no computer thing

Her email password was in a sms in her BB (I sent that), so he just read that sms (I think) and set that email to HIS BB.. (I realized that! - I said may I look at your BOLD -aaaaand... it was a hidden email icon with my siss email name!).. One email account is set on 2 BBs (my siss and this f********).. I want to disable account which is set on his BB!

Ones I changed my email password on computer and got msg to MY BB that "I don't need to change anything on bis page it is automaticaly set (new password!)"

What I'm saying is "he doesn't know new pass but.. It is auto set.. I think ?" Do u think ?

I think we need to delete that accout on his BB.. Any other solution ?

I would suggest, as much of a pain as it will be, to disable that email account and get a new one. While she's at it, do the same thing with the boyfriend.

It makes me wonder why you would send her password in a text message and not realize he would see it.
I agree with TXlady, get a new account and keep the passwords to yourself.

The bottom line is that if you use a pc to log into Yahoo Mail and manually change the password for your sister's account, he will no longer be able to get her mail. Like jsconyers said, he'd then have to update the password on his BB manually to re-establish his access.
