Hello,
I am not sure how much this would help. But I have heard people discussing this a lot of times. There are 2 basic things to remember.

first, when ever you place a new micro sd card, blackberry will automatically make folders in the card. there will be folders for pictures, video, music and so on. You need to copy all your music files and folder inside that particular music folder.
anything that is kept outside of music folder will not been seen from media option of blackberry.

second, all the music files that you play try to keep it as mp3 with 44100 Hz. remember this is not bitrate like 128 kbps... this is the frequency at which the songs will play in pearl. Maximum it can go is 44100 Hz.

hope this helps.

In order for those folders to be created "automatically" you have to format the card in the phone. It's under Options >Advanced Options >Media Card

I was able to play them by clicking explore on the menu key in the media folder....but I can't get to them unless I go to explore...and I can't get them into a play list....I'll try to resync them into a differant folder...
