Default Help Please

Please Login to Remove!

I recently changed my theme to the Dimension Today Screen. I am not a big fan of it and wanted to change back to my old theme.

Normally not a big deal, I would just go into the options and tehn themes and change back. The problem I am having is I changed the speed key located between the two phone keys to be a speed button to the internet.

As such I can no longer access my menu and then scroll down to the options menu.

Please help asap. Thank,
Brett

At the very bottom of the Today screen, under the profiles, there is a BB logo. Scroll to that and click the wheel, it will bring up the menu.

That is the problem...That logo that normally would be bring up the menu is now bringing up the web browser NOT the menu.

Wink

That is one of the most comical issues I've read! :D (sorry ... I don't mean to take away from the obvious frustration it must be causing)

Pressing the O key from the Home screen will take you to the Options menu (you must have the "Dial from Home Screen" feature disabled to use the Home screen shortcuts).

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly....Are you saying that after you changed to BB Today theme, you switched the center convenenience key to be a shortcut to the browser but now clicking the Blackberry logo on the bottom of the screen takes you to the browser too?

Try removing the battery and rebooting the device and try it again.
