I just completed an upgrade to 4.5.0.89 from 4.3.0.127. I tried to install Docs 2 Go but it is not an option in app loader.

Is there a way to manually force the install?

That could have been the problem, who knows. I had upgraded to an earlier version of 4.5 (.77) but downgraded back to 4.3. I ended up just wiping the device via Jl_Cmder and reinstalling the OS.
