Hi everyone,

I've tried taking a look around on the forum and have found some solutions to similar issues howevery they don't seem to be working for me.

My phone has randomly died on me and when plugged in, the red light flashes 4 times (once, then small pause, then three quicker flashes), and the cycle repeats.

Anyway, I've found out that I have to wipe my phone and reinstall the OS. The issue is that neither BBSAK or JL_Cmder are able to find my phone and it doesn't show up on Desktop Manager as well.

Any advice on what might be wrong or how I can get my phone running again?

I was unable to find the blink sequence you show but generally the indication you have is due to corrupt OS and it needs to be reloaded. The other issue can be a physical hardware issue. Read these links and see if they help.
