Does anyone Know where to find the skype app for the Storm (mine is not on VzW)

Nope. Any minimal amount of research or searching would have told you that.

The problem is that the Skype app is a Verizon App not a RIM app such as the FB or Windows Messenger apps

right now from the U.S. is seems Skype only caters to a short list of phones and carriers. But it may be different in your country. I noticed you are with Claro, which I know to be a carrier in the Caribbean and Brazil. I'd do a little research with your local gurus to see if they are getting it to work as this program simply needs to access the internet to function. I assume people are getting it to work elsewhere as my former graduate research partner calls me from China using Skype on her cell phone. Skype has been a blessing as calls to Iran were killing me with calling cards. Now on Skype I am paying .13 a minute, which is a fraction I was I was paying before.

If you come to a dead end with Skype, don't give up. You can also try Fring.

i've searched a lot for fring, found it,... but i also found fring to be non available for blackberry... if there is a blackberry version. please show me where?
