Default Having problems switching all old apps/settings to new 8100

So my last Pearl died upon getting (slightly) wet on a snowboarding trip. Go figure...my buddy's Pearl survived submersion in a truckstop toilet. I purchased a new Pearl at Costco yesterday and added it as a 3rd line to our family plan. I then switched the SIM cards and added my microSD card to the new and working phone. I'm having some problems getting everything to work as needed on the new phone.

The facts:
1) Old phone was 64 firmware, new one is 107
2) I ran backup and restore to restore all settings on the new phone
3) I called T-mobile to ensure data plans were correctly tied to each phones unique IMEI numbers.

The problems:
1) BB browser is nowhere to be found on the new phone.
2) I cannot send/receive emails on the new phone.
3) New phone is not recognizing my 2GB microSD card. I verified that it still works.
4) I don't like the new theme...any way to set it up similar to my old 64 model (when clicking on menu I don't get an icon only view but rather a list that I can scroll through)?

On 1 and 2, sounds like you haven't received service books yet. You can try resending them.

On 4, I assume you've tried to swith to another theme already preinstalled on the device. You can look at mobile.blackberry.com from you blackberry browser and see what themes are available from there, once you have data service.

Yeah I checked those out and I am good to go there. I was able to fix all but the microSD issue. I'm thinking it may have died when the phone got wet because after further testing it is toast.
