I just used their services (through eBay) to unlock my BB Pearl Cingular. Worked very well for me. I am now using my Cingular BB Pearl with T-Mobile SIM. I even tried other SIM cards and no issues.

Well, not only is your statement rediculous but its not true.
I can and will post screen shots of your rediculous emails and our responses if need be.
Can also post pics of the paypal transactions as well. so, if you think your gonna post crap like this without a response think again.

99% of our thousands of customers are REPEAT customers. I think that says a lot. Even the eBay store is 99.7 % positive out of 5 thousand customers..
