Any idea how I can reset the contact sync (via BES)? At the moment it really is messed up; some contacts do not sync, some details of contacts do not sync, there's different data on the BB and in Outlook and when I do a manual sync in the Desktop Manager about half the contacts get duplicated on both locations. Also, the automatic wireless sync doesn't work any longer, and I have to use the manual method.

This only happened after I installed the .107 OS, so I plan to wipe the unit with JL_Cmder (drastic, yes, but I have other issues too) and revert to an older OS. Before I do this, however, I need a complete copy in Outlook. What I have in the BB is correct and most up-to-date, so can I overwrite everything in Outlook with this? I'm afraid that if I erase the entire Outlook address book it will also take the BB one with it. Or is there another way?

Sorted - I had a daredevil moment after I discovered the backup function in the Desktop Manager and wiped the BB. Hopefully I won't have the sync problem any more.
