my screen like wont turn off? i have the bb curve from sprint and is it supsoe to stay on like that? ive had a sidekick for awhile and the screen would go to like a stanby mode and my bb doesnt mmmm what am i supose to do? is it normal?
The screen should turn off after a specified period of time. Check your settings in Options>Screen/Keyboard.
If it doesn't work try a battery pull or reset by hitting simulatneously: ALT+(right)CAPS+DEL. There is no damage to your phone or battery when you do a battery pull or reset. In fact many members have found it to be important enough to be part of their routine maintenance for their phones.
