I am working on a plan to start using Blackberry Professaionls software express (BES express) I was planning on utilizing the free sql express database.

Will 4gb be enough database space for our 10 person company?

does it keep all the mail in that database?

It would be good to get some comments from other users, but our database (413 users) is about 600kB for the data + log (simple logging), so I think you would be fine. The BES doesn't keep the mail in its database.

We've got 2600 and ours is no where near 4gb

No the mail is kept on the mail server - the dbase is just to record details of the handsets associated with the user accounts e.g. last contact time, it policy settings etc..
