If the link says it is OTA (Over the Air) download directly from your BB browser, if it is a zip (with alx or cod file) you will need to download to your PC and then load with DM and Application Loader.
I have seen other say they have gotten themes from that site.

I downloaded and installed the Chalk 2D Zen theme, and installed it.
Looks great! I personally wouldn't worry about dl'ing any of these.
But obviously, you take your chances, however I've NEVER had an issue installing and using a theme, and I've tried a LOT of them.

you likely need to extract the ZIP file you downloaded. Then remember where the files are located (probably an *.ALX file and a *.COD file).
Open Desktop Manager and Application loader and click on ADD, and find the *.ALX file.
If you download the OTA file FROM your BlackBerry browser, you could avoid all this.

it means that if you download the themes over the air, you will avoid needing to extract the zip file, no need to use Desktop Manager, no need to use Applicaiton loader, etc.

Try pulling out your battery, then put it back in. When your device is back up and running, go to Options/Themes, and you should see it there.

After installing the themes, pull your battery to reboot the BB, and they should appear under Themes.

What is your Handheld OS version?
The required one is 4.2.1, so if you don't have that then you may run into problems.
