I was out too. I got the overloaded UNC response. Although they said they were experiencing some serious problems from the storm and flooding.

T-mo hands down best customer service.

UMA IS DOWN AGAIN!!! I am on hold for tmobile tech right now. This is getting really frustrating!!! ahhrrrr....
I had service for about 2 weeks now, UMA was down more than actually working!!!
