I switched over to the Orange theme to see how I like it, and now that I've used it a bit I think I like it better than the Vodaphone one. Just had to tweak some font and color settings in PocketDay. I'd like the ability to move apps around in the application folder however. I can move them from the main screen, but in lower screens I don't have the option.

On another note .....
I'm not a programmer so forgive me if this is way off! It would appear to me that the theme info is held in the .cod file. There has to be a way to create .cod files (anyone know what you use to do this?). Seems like you should be able to take an already completed theme file and open it in an editor or something and change things around. I remember WAAAYYY back in the BBS days when you could open up software like Wildcat! BBS in a hex editor and make some changes to personalize your site. Not sure if that would be possible here though.

Either that, or Megaupload got stuck retrieving the download details.

I uploaded them to my server as well. Feel free to leech: http://www.seventhgatestudios.com/bl...rry_themes.zip

RIM is the author of these 2 themes.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7520/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 UP.Browser/5.0.3.3 UP.Link/5.1.2.12)

I am a little confused about the themes on a nextel 7520. Are the themes in the zip file the only ones that work? Does RIM have to be the author and do they have to be approved by the provider? I really like the themes but wuld love more options. Thanks

As of right now yes these are the only theme's we have, these where not approved by RIM to be loaded across carrier as we are doing. So hopefully someone posts more until then thats just be happy that we can now at least get some variety.

I tried some of these themes on a 7510 and they wouldn't work. You'd select the theme but it wouldn't let you activate it. Then I got one theme to come up but it displayed garbage. At one point I think I got the Vodafone one to work.

I'm using the Vodafone theme. The Berry 411 icon is still visible, and the program functions just as it did before.

I was using the Vodaphone theme on my 7520 but I seemed to be randomly dropping calls after about 30 seconds. I went back to the default theme and haven't had that problem. I plan on testing this more over the weekend. It could have just been a fluke on the day I used the new theme.

I have loaded the 2 themes....everything works normally except for the calculator.. which kind of "overlaps". Am I alone or others have the same experience?

Thanks.

I have the same problem with the calculator using the orange theme. I actually didn't associate it with the theme until you said something.

Will these themes work on 7100 series? Rather ask first before installing.

Can somebody make this theme from the 7100 work on a 7290? This is more what i'm looking for, text instead of icons.

Hi!
I seem to have a problem with the theme from orange.... Since i Installed it, i had a continouus memory-drain (approx 100kb/day)....
After i uninstalled it, the memory-consumption went back to normal....
I have not installed any programs except BBLight, Blackberry Messenger and Notifire on OS4.0)
