All of a sudden I got an error message when I tried to sync with DM6.0. Error 0x83860028. Uninstalled the software, reinstalled the newest build. Now the new build won't let me configure DM to sync with Outlook Tasks and Memos. I can do addresses and calender okay, but it simply will not let me put check marks next to tasks and memos. Any idea why it won't configure of sync those two things?

What version of Outlook are you trying to sync with?

Did it work correctly int he recent past? What did you do between the last successful sync and now?

Outlook 2010 (32bit). Between last sucessful sync and this one I added and deleted an Outlook profile and returned to my original profile.

I have this exact same problem, and it started after I created and deleted an Outlook Profile. My Outlook mail is currently setup correctly, and Address Book and Calendar sync, but not tasks and memos.

Has anyone figured this out? I've uninstalled and reinstalled BB DM and Outlook 2010, and I still have the same problem.

I had this problem with my Tasks and finally solved it:

One of the tools in Microsoft Office 2007 is called "Microsoft Office Diagnotics." I ran it and it found one error - which it fixed. After that, I was able to sync my Tasks as I normally do.
