Question Exchange Settings Reset Frequently

Please Login to Remove!

I have an Exchange Server 2003 and some users who have Blackberry's. Setting the Blackberry's up is relatively simple, much like setting up a Windows Mobile or Palm phone but the settings only seem to work for at most 3 months. Then it will tell the user to reenter the password, or username, etc. This never works and they have to remove the account and set it up again. This can be quite a hassle, especially for those that it happens to monthly. Does anyone have any idea why this would be occurring? It only appears to affect the Blackberry's. Thanks!

No, I just don't think anyone has a clue what you are talking about.

I've never heard of anyone losing their Exchange settings.

Are you using BES? OWA?

Sounds like BIS and OWA from the symptoms but, yeah, we do need confirmation from the OP.

This info (BES/BIS, type of email account, etc) is needed for any email troubleshooting request since there are a number of ways that email can be set up on a BB.
