Okay, so heres the deal, I have my blackberry software redirecting my emails, from my desktop(Outlook 2003) to the blackberry, however when I send emails from my blackberry they dont go out to who I sent them to, and I get this message in my inbox.

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

With a 430 byte attachment called "ETP.dat" and thats all it does, the email is not recieved by the person I sent it to.

Any Ideas?

I have the EXACT same problem.

This is for my client and I was being nice an installing his Blacknnberry software on his new computer to sync with MS Outlook 2003. Mistakenly, I hit the Redirector button and since uninstalled and reinstalled it.

The Blackberry sems to have a setting that gives the same jumbled quote as above, as if it is forwarding to a blackberry server. So I know this setting is located inside the blackberry unit itself. Needles to say, client unhappy.

Any clue how to reset this setting? Thanks in advance.

haha, and just to amend, those emails also show up when your computer redirecting the emails, gets shut off
