If you enter the wrong password multiple times the phone will revert back to factory level and you can do a new password. If this is your phone and you have a backup you can reload the contacts and other things. If it's not your phone then you have run into the security feature on the blackberry and it cannot be bypassed to see data on the phone.

If you are asking about BlackBerry ID (BBID) then see How to regain access to your BBID - BlackBerry Support Community Forums

However, and this is very important, note the OS version you are running. If it is 10.3.2 then the device software includes the new BlackBerry Protect Anti-Theft feature. If this is the case and Protect is enabled, the option of creating a new BBID and wiping the device won't work for you.

Wondered if the OP was talking about the BB ID password but he seemed to impatient to get into the phone.
