It makes it hard to rule out odd system behaviour when your config, quite honestly, goes against every bit of best practise that exists for Domino BES!

Just as a point of reference ... I ONLY run the User Admin Service / Client on an existing BES and have NEVER had a problem with it; ever.

Folks,
Add user is working fine.
When i pointed it to the correct location of notes id file (which i created) it worked fine.
I was pointing to notes.ini file available in lotus/domino or lotus/notes.
I have been installing BESUserAdminService on the same machine as BES Server (with exchange) for all these years and it had worked fine.
(Right now all the components are on the same machine)

Perfect use for a virtual server setup...bump the RAM up and split the box in two.

make sure your user has rights to the server, and use the full cananical name:

example: CN=YOURUSER/OU/OU
