Default cant connect to wifi

Please Login to Remove!

hi,
I just got my bold this afternoon. I transfered all my date fine using DM. I cannot seem to connect to wifi though. I scan manually for wifi, it finds mine, I type in my key but I get an error saying I need an IP address. I don't know what this means.

Thanks,
Kelly

Sounds like your routers DHCP may not have enough IP addresses setup. Do you know how to log into the router?

What standard is the router? B? G? N? How about the Bold?

Is your router on mixed mode?

As a troubleshooting step, I would double-check and make sure the Bold and your router are talking the same language. At least to factor it out. Could be that simple.
