Oh sorry, and the folks my corporate store put me on the phone with said the phone would be $500 to repair since screen damage makes it out of warranty. Is that what you mean by getting it replaced via tech support?

I am just saying to try getting it replaced by AT&T again because I think they should replace the phone. $500 for a repair is rediculous... Might as well buy a completely new phone.

Hey everyone,

Just when I decide to go ahead and repair this thing myself, cnn.cn goes out of stock on the LCD screens! It seems like they had a pretty good reputation on this and other forums. Is there anyplace else you all would recommend? The quality of the parts is pretty important to me.
