Default 8800 Browser Question

Please Login to Remove!

I need to access and interact with a specific webpage which only functions properly while using the Blackberry Browser. Despite changing to the Blackberry browser form the internet browser it does not stay on BB browser. I've tried using the options under browser general settings and the browser settings under the advanced settings. Has anyone experienced this. Short of wiping the device and reinstalling the software does anyone have any possible solutions ?

Thanks

Never heard of this before. Are you on a BES? Have you recently upgraded your OS or added 3rd party apps?

Yes this particular bookmark is on my company's network and we do use BES. I found the answer from someone on PINSTACK - each bookmark controls which browser is being used - in my case it was set ti Internet Browser for this bookmark. If you edit the bookmark you can change this. There is a more detailed explanation here: 8800 Browser Question - RIM Blackberry Forums - Pinstack.com
