Does anyone know how to change the speed dial on number 1? (Voice mail default) I want to add pauses and my password with a pound on the end. This is the first phone that won’t let me do it?

Add your vm password with pause(s) and end with #

Anyone know how to make it not display your password as a dialed number? when I look in my called history I see it calling my voicemail, then my password right after it.. xxx-xxx-xxxx,yyyyyyy.. (yyyyyyy is password)
