Just found this online. Looks like T-Mobile is offering an $85 unlimited voice/data plan.

sounds like the Loyalty plan ($49.99/mo) plus the unlimited BB package ($34.99/mo).

Nothing new.

What would be new is if they released that for the public, which would kind of suck, considering this is for "loyal" customers. In that case, if they plan on doing something like this, I hope the unlimited data and text packages drop for exisiting loyal customers.

Don't think T-mobile would want to engage into a price gouging war with the other carriers. However, I do think they need to do something with their data plans and messaging, seeing how people are starting to use text and data more and more. Their still the best for minutes, but not when it comes to data and text.

I think Tmobile still has the cheapest BIS out of Verizon, AT&T, and maybe even Sprint?

i think sprint has them beat whwn it comes to that.

Try family plans, 2-3 lines, with data and txt. Sprint would be cheaper.

Sprints BIS is $30/mo.

Includes data, txt, navigation, etc etc

Tmobile BIS is $24.99. Used to be $19.99.

How much is Sprint family with data and text?

We have a data/text/voice (1500 mins) with Sprint for 3 people in our family for $140/mo.

Along with the 1500 mins, we get unlimited BIS/text/data. Also get Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, and Sprint Radio with that (I only use the Nav).

yup, try that on t-mobile.

89.99 for 1800 myfav mins (ok a lot more minutes). Add $9.99 for 3rd line, Add $19.95 for unlimited txt, and say 3 blackberry plans times 3, $24.99x3). Your looking at $194.90/mo. Sprint has them beat. Ya 1800 mins is 300+ mins and myfaves, but the next lowest plan would be 1000 mins, no favs for 69.99/mo, which would only save you $20.

Even if you added just one blackberry data plan and the other two get reg lines, sprint would still be cheaper.

Like I stated before, I think T-Mo really needs to revamp the data plans, after all, data usage is growing

I was close to leaving t-mo after being with them since 2002. I was only 1500 mins for $49.99, blackberry unlimited text and data for $34.99, and m2m for 6$6.99. It was $91.97/mo. Problem was I was starting to go over and really needed more minutes. Changing my plan would have increasted by bill drastically ($119.99/mo).

At that point, I was ready to move to sprint (simply everything $99/mo unlimited mins/txt/data/nav etc etc). As much as I hated Sprint, well, I pretty much needed to, unless I wanted to pay $200 in overages every month. They T-Mo reps were kind enough to add like 2500 bonus minutes onto my account.

Luckily for T-mobile (and me) 3 weeks later, the Loyaltal plan finally dropped in Los Angeles and I switched to that, saving me $7/mo in the process cause I was able to drop m2m.

So for new customers, if they got a BB, PDA or some sort of Smartphone, and wanted unlimited. Heck, Sprint is the best deal at $99/mo. You can't beat that. Even if they don't need unlimited mins, its still the best deal, consider having a DATA phone normally will increase your will by $30/mo, on average your prob on a $60 plan for minutes only to begin with.
