i accually mean sim but there is no sim on the curve i had deleted my post before you reposted sorry..

I don't know about the switch wizard but you can backup your data from the curve and do a restore on the storm of only the database that you want/need. This is done though the backup/restore menu for 4.* of the desktop manager. (Thats the method I use when switching devices)

this is what i did as i was in the same situation as you. i backed up my curve then went to restore, advanced and then you will see a box on the left that is blank then on the right will be everything from your storm. press file in the right box and open your most recent backup and just click address book and in the middle you will see an arrow like this >>> then press said arrow and your address book willl transfer from your previous bb to your storm. sorry for the long post, and not exact directions as im in trinidad on vacation and wont be back in miami until tonight if anything you can send me a pm.

You could sync them to an ascii file w/ Synchronization.

But, this won't copy settings like images etc... when I used the switch device wizard, it moved links to images as well... and, I was surprised to see the images now show up w/ email as well as phone calls (and probably would w/ SMS, but I don't do SMS).
