Low traffic is right. The 9810 forum on Crackberry is much more active and useful.

We group by nickname not model number. All those with TORCH are in the Torch section. All BOLDs are in the BOLD section.

Is there that much difference between the 9000 and 9700 and 9900 "Bolds" where they each have their own forum above and beyond the fact that the 9810, 50, and 60 have OS 7 and 9800 does not (and the 50 and 60 are touchscreen), such that the former deserve separate forums?

I am NOT seeking to be petty or unappreciative, its just the differences between 9800 and the rest of the Torches (notably hardware, OS, and with/without slider) sort of underlie for me why this forum is kind of confusing...But of course I've only played a few moments with a 9810 and have no idea if it and 50 and 60 really are not *that* different?

When you have new users referring to their Geminis and Onxys, it doesn't matter what you call the forums. Decide what you want. If the forums here don't suit your needs, there are plenty of more socially oriented forums out there.

Uhh, nope!

There are three separate sections for the BOLD. Here, they've been referred to as Bold, Bold 2 and Bold Touch - but officially RIM calls them all BOLD, just like they call all the 98xx TORCH.

But there isn't a "BOLD section," there are three different BOLD sections, segregating the different BOLD's, which I believe is what the OP was asking for for the TORCH modelS.

Yep, I think it would be more user-friendly for all in-the-end if there were at least one or two other sections for the 9810 and 9850/9860,...

I dont mean bad but I do agree that the new torches on OS7 should deserve a new section.
