I've did due verizon's *228 and select 1 to program my phone and that seems to have solved the issue. I have no problems receiving email or text msgs though.

I also am having this problem.

26 minutes from double clicking on Loader.exe to setting my dog's picture as my wallpaper! Installed without a hitch, only issue I'm having now is finding my license key for quickpull pro...

Default Vista

Is there a 'special' way to load this from a computer running Windows Vista? I'm having zero-luck.

Thanks!

Ahhh..the Vista issue...I have always struggled with OS upgrades on my pc running Vista. There have been several threads scattered about but none have ever come up with a solid reason why some Vista based machines work while some others like yours do not. I gave up a good while ago and now do all upgrades on an XP based laptop. Works like a charm every time. The Visa Factor...still an unresolved issue.

I have had a few issues with this so far.
Base - I am on Sprint and on company BES.
1) When going to my calendar 3 out of 5 times it freezes and I have to pull the battery.
2) The SMS and MMS folder gets screwed up constantly! When getting new messages or reading old ones, some messages say they are from person "A" but they are from person "C". When I reply to them person "A" gets the message not the person who sent them "C". So I know it's not just a screen glitch. In addition it mixes up the past (SMS/MMS) messages from people and puts them in other messages from other people. (not sure if that makes sense)
3) Overall speed of unit BIG improvement. Running apps etc and reboot time seems like it was cut in half.
4) I had to reinstall Sprint/Telenav software and BB App Store.

This is a Tour you have this on right? Well my experience has been positive overall except for the battery consumption. It's easily using twice the power than with 4.7. I could barely get through a day with one charge but now I have to charge halfway through the day. Wonder what's using so much power?

Update - After a battery yank and bluetooth reinstall, my plantronics pro was acting really weird, my battery life is amazing. Huge improvement over 4.7. Good luck!

I finally installed this morning after deciding I could wait for my carrier to release. Too early to judge battery comsumption cuz I messed with it a ton to test 5.0. Hope battery stays as good as it was cuz my Tour had great bat life on 4.7.

So far, no issues and speed is night/day better for me.
