Ok so i live in VENEZUELA and purchased an unlocked bb tour originally from sprint, off ebay.
I have two things that are problems but one doesnt bug me... theres a CONSTANT, ACTIVATION REQUIRED message at the top of my screen... and a notification icon with the missed call yellow phone and a line that bounces off the phone and turns right... ??wHAT IS THIS and how do i get rid of them please?!

I dont get it, call forwarding as in I have it set to forward them somewhere? How do i take it off?

Yes, go into the phone app (press the green phone button), the activate the menu and choose options, then select call forwarding.

Alright, im on there now, and it says DO NOT FORWARD and i cant change it to anything else... what do you think? And how about that, ACTIVATION REQUIRED notification on the top¡? Thankssssssss

OH that just SOLVED IT! Thank you, now just the activation required notification and itll all be perfect...

Not sure what that activation is about. It could be for BlackBerry Enterprise Server activation. If it was bought off ebay, the maybe that device was part of a company network.

Activation Required, the text at the top of the device,
You would this as so:

Dial ##000000 and hit the green Send key.
In the Menu add your phone number and select save. The device will reboot and activate

It says INCORRECT PASSWORD when i enter the six zeros...!!
p.S and it seems ive ... had too many attemps, it said DEVICE RESETING...
