Not sure if I should post this in BOLD, 8700 or Storm forum, but...

I am planning to get a Storm II and give my wife my current BOLD 9000. She currently is using BB8700g.

1. Can I restore a backup file from 8700g (via DM5) to BOLD?
2. Can I restore a backup file from BOLD 9000 (via DM5) to Storm II?

I guess what I am asking is can a backup file from various BB devices be restored to different BB devices - mainly contacts and email profiles.

Contacts yes, email profiles will differ slightly with the Storm 2, as they are setup completely differently.
But generally, yes backup files should be load-able onto different devices

Ah... good to hear that I don't have to manually re-enter 233+ contacts.
