DM 4.7 freezing up

Irratic and dm 4.7 lock ups for no apprent reason using vista 64 bit
Can't find a link to report this issue to rim with out having to pay them???
I can sync no problem update no problem some times DM freezes after either action but not always sometimes it won't shutdown have to force DM to shut down using task manager
this issue is persistent
