We recommend you to try the latest IM+ version 5.0.7.
Run "Browser" from the BlackBerry menu.
1. Press the Trackwheel, choose "Go To..." from menu,
type in
wap.shapeservices.com/download/8100/IM_2_BES.jad
and wait until the downloading process is terminated.
2. Reboot your device. The installation is finished.
Please open IM+ and try to connect.
