I got a question....

Those little bubbles that po for each user, can that be turned off??

Everytime it gets to the last message at the bottom of the screen it cuts everything in half...real pain...

So far so good. Here are a couple of suggestions off the bat:

• Ability to rearrange chat program icons to user preference.
• User should have the ability to change incoming message sounds for each chat program, making it easier to distinguish which chat program has just received a message/alert.

What about the ability to turn off those bubbles for each message? is that possible??

I'm running version 5.0.6 and my LED Coverage Indicator has been completely disabled (it is set to ON), even when not running the application in the background.

However when i click the .jad link, it says no i'm not auth to access the server! Help meeee! i have a 8700c w/ 4.2 on bis by cingy.

There is an important flaw with this program and I would like to know if there is a solution.

When chatting with any contact, once the messages fill the whole screen og the blacjberry, the bottom (last message) message right before the typing section gets cut off....can't read it.

Is there any way to fix this????

It never connected.

We recommend you to try the latest IM+ version 5.0.7.
Run "Browser" from the BlackBerry menu.
1. Press the Trackwheel, choose "Go To..." from menu,
type in
wap.shapeservices.com/download/8100/IM_2_BES.jad
and wait until the downloading process is terminated.
2. Reboot your device. The installation is finished.

Please open IM+ and try to connect.

Dear Marcelcano,
Please try to change dialog style and inform us how the dialogs look for you.
Go to Settings - Dialog options, highlight to Dialog style and change it to Simple.

Not sure where to put this, so I'll stick this here.

I recently purchased DeskFinder from Shape Services only to find that it does not work on Vista. The frustrating thing is that thy don't have that anywhere on their website. I'm a huge fan of their software (I have IM+, Skype, RDM+, etc) and hope that maybe some momentum can be generated on BlackberryForums that will encourage SS to fix DeskFinder --OR-- (at least) make mention on their web site that is does not work on Vista.
