That is platfom 4.1.0.81 Version is 4.7.1.61 and that is the latest version and that is the version that Verizon released last week

I installed 4.7.1.61 on my Verizon Tour yesterday. I noticed today that one of my email folders was no longer showing up on the phone. I checked Show All, but it was not hidden. I re-sent my service books, and the email folder appeared, but after about 10 seconds it disappeared again.

Anyone ever have this issue before? Any ideas how to fix it?

The email folder in question is for my GoogleApps IMAP account.

Yes, it will dis-associate your device with the Enterprise Server and you will need to perform an enterprise activation for your device to work with the BES again after the upgrade. No way around it.

can anybody confirm this to be the case? i don't want unnecessary dealings with our IT department as they take forever in getting anything done.

by the way, i had recently upgraded the OS on my 8800 but i was not prompted to obtain a new activation password.
