Default A bit of a problem.

I dropped my phone earlier.

And now the 'i' when i type shows but it does not show the . above the 'i'

How do i fix this?

If the screen is damaged, it will be damaged. I doubt it will just decide to not put dots on letters
do a battery pull?

Just tried the 'j' and the . appears.

do you think if i sent it to blackberry they would fix/replace it.

As stated above, I would try removing the battery for 30 seconds while the phone is powered on. If that doesn't work, contact your carrier (T-mobile) and let them know of the issue. They should be able to send you a replacement if the device is under warranty.

Just tried the battery pull.
still not working. I will pop to T-Mobile tommorow.

Actually, since you dropped the phone, this may not be covered under warranty but may be considered user abuse.

is there visible damage to the phone? they wouldn't know if you dropped it if there isn't. good luck. i find it hard to believe dropping the phone would do something like that.
