Does anyone know of an app that will allow me to record my phone conversations on my BB Device?

I know that you would not be able to use your recorder, because it uses the speaker
for talking into as the recording object.It unfortunately does not record the listening speak
although it would be cool. I think there is a legal issue with that because your suppose to notify someone if you are recording them..like call centers do

This law varies state to state. Some have implied consent which requires only 1 party to be "in the know." That can be the party doing the recording. Some states require a warning tone to sound every so many seconds. Any still some states require both parties to verbally consent, and this must be on the recording.

I don't know of any applications to give you this functionality however.

There is a company called "Ring2" which deals conference calling, and have an application built for BlackBerry. In addition to a host of other features, they offer the ability to record conference calls. Since you technically can hold a call with just two participants, you can utilize the feature for your basic call recording needs.

The downside is that it costs. They donxxx8217;t publish their prices, but expect a monthly fee rather than a flat-rate download. This looks like one of the easiest ways to record your calls.

Also there is a project called "GrandCentral" which is now aquired by Google. It also offers the call recording feature. The plus point is that it is free. Check out this link..

There is software called RecordedCalls to be released in two to three weeks. The web site is recordedcalls dot com. Check up on the laws though.

littleman, go to any radioshack and they can set you up with a way to record those calls and get the evidence you need.
