I was able to successfully load Maps, but I get the following error when trying to run the app. Any suggestions?

Im having trouble following the instructions above.

I dont have the file directories described - mine go Program Files>Common Files>Research in Motion.

Then I have four folders to choose from: AppLoader, USB Drivers, Modem Drivers, RimDeviceManager.

I tried searching for files that start with LBS or contain .alx but nothing matching either was found on my computer.

Any thoughts?

Are you sure you don't have hidden folders? You should have a Shared folder with a subfolder called Loader and then another subfolder for each OS. Use the Options in Windows Explorer to show all folders.
