Okay so i cant seem to get cingular to release the pin and IMEI of my 8700c from their BWC so that i can use it with Tmobile. I read somewhere that you could enter in a dead blackberry pin and imei to clear out the old one and then it would work.

Anybody able to do me a massive favor and give me the pin and IMEI of their dead or broken blackberry to donate to my cause?

Or if you have any other ideas...

You need to call them up and tell them that they need to access the blackberry admin client and delete your web client account. I know Vzw tech's can access it

i tried that and they said that they did it but i can still log into my cingular blackberry account and i cant register the phone with tmobile

Does anybody have the device support direct line to cingular the one i found on the forums is no longer in service?

I went here (http://forums.cingular.com/cng/board?board.id=rim) and spoke to their online help team. they sorted it out whilst I was in the chat room!

in BWC u can set the pin to zero ' 0 ' and the imei doesnt require anything number when u do this
