What feature would that be... the one that allows you to dial your voicemail by speed dialing 1, the feature where I click in the phone pad, it offers to dial my voicemail as a quicklink in the menu, any clues to help?

Default Disabling Email!

I use my blackberry for my work. I don't want a call going into my voice mail box but directly to my phone, despite the number of rings. Please advsie.

What if you can't answer it??? Do you really want your customers not to be able to leave a message???

I think your carrier would have to remove your voice mail, but then your customers would just get nothing.

Select the Phone application (press the green dial button), then the Menu button, then select Options. There you can select "Call Forwarding" and select "Forward All Calls" instead of the original "Forward Unanswered Calls", making sure to leave the entry as "Do Not Forward". I haven't tried it, but in theory your phone should ring until whatever limit AT&T has for ringers (there is a limit...).

You can also change the number pressing #1 calls by going to the "Voice Mail" option in the same section.

at&t disables the modification of voicemail features via the handset. As an at&t customer, if you wish to disable voicemail, you must call customer care and have the feature removed.
