What features would the 8830 possibily have...any ideas?
Well if you read this thread you would see camera and Wi-Fi are on the list!!!

Nobody has mentioned whether on not the 8300 has GPS yet though. I would be surprised to see GPS, as then it would render the 8800 a little bit dead and RIM need to ensure each device fits in to their portfolio. Also bear in mind that if it had Wi Fi and a camera (which we know it does) then GPS on top would make this a very expensive device - more expensive than the over priced 8800 is.

It wouldn't render the 8800 dead. There are plenty of companies that would still need non-camera equipped BB's.

I can understand having different BB models to fit different niches but there's no way RIM can make a model for each possible permutation of feature combinations out there... Newer devices will have newer features. That's just the way it is.

Exactly. And some people like myself dispise the sizes of the suretype keyboard. Like when the 8100 came out I wanted the camera function so bad... but I wouldnt jump from the 8700c because keyboard style. Now that there is a full size qwerty with camera I'll jump to whoever has it... preferably AT&T/Cing

Default Windows Live Messenger for AT&T/Cingular

Does any know how to work around to install Windows Live Messenger for 8300 w/ AT&T services. I got the error message saying "Services Provider does not allow access to Windows Live Messenger for your device"
