Hey guys, I know this is a question which may have been answered before but I seem to have a variation on this problem.

I am having email sync issues...I am only running the desktop redirector on Windows XP with outlook 2003. redirector is always running and I have configured it to only sync my inbox. When I click on reconcile messages it runs fine and syncs my contacts and other data except email. Also when I go to check on status, I get "unknown error" in the email settings advanced tab.

So heres my question and you only have to say it once because I havent seen a clear answer about this....

1) Will the desktop redirector sync emails with my outlook (I am not forwarding messages to my PST folder

2) Is the unknown error in the advanced tab under my email settings causing the sync issues Im experiencing?

I appreciate the help and again Im sorry if this is repetitive. I just cant seem to find a clear answer.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I have a Perl 8100 on Fido which is why I dont use blackberry wireless service.
