The problem is that BBM wont work for me, in the Enterprise Activation it says Not Activated and i really have no clue on how to do this,I need some sort of email and password and don't know where or how to get these, I just don't know where to even start, Its a second hand BlackBerry Curve 8520, i have a 02 contract sim in it and everything else works fine, when i send a request on BBM it just says pending but the other person just doesn't receive it even if there sat right at the side of me, any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Do you have a Blackberry data plan or Bolt-on , activated on your account? You need that for BBM and other RIM services.

No i don't, I was just using my home Wifi because i thought that would be enough, If i got lets say unlimited web would that solve it? or would i need to phone 02 and get a specific data bolt-on just for blackberry?, Thanks for the reply btw

Nope. As I said above, you need a specific Blackberry data plan for any RIM related services, such as BBM, to work. No other way to do it.

02 told me the blackberry data plan comes with all packages now, when i took out my contract in jan 2010 i didnt take the data plan option. after about 6 months i called up to see if they would add it me for free and they did,

try ringing them up and getting it for free added on, plus i have unlimited data for no extra cost than my £15 a month contract
